| How do I book my Epic Summer vacation? |
To book your Epic Summer vacation please call our Epic Summer Reservation Center at (888)-538-EPIC (3742). Please note this trip will not be bookable online. |

| What airport do I fly into and out of? |
Colorado Mountain Express transportation will be offered for pick-up/drop-off at Denver International Airport (DEN) at no additional cost. Arrangements for CME transportation can be made with your Epic Summer reservation agent. CME vans will be on normal shuttle schedules, CMEX.com. Please visit our Getting Here page for more details. |

| What will my accommodations be, based on my group size and the advertised price? |
Parties of two to three people will stay in hotel room accommodations or may upgrade to a condominium for an additional cost of $300. Parties of four to five people will stay in a two-bedroom condominium and parties of six to seven will stay in a three-bedroom condominium. |

| If I am traveling alone is there a supplement or special rate? |
The single supplement/rate is $300. |

| Will I or any member of my group have to participate in all of the activities? |
No. You may choose not to do specific activities. However, there will not be a refund for any activities you decide to opt out of. |

| Can you accommodate special dietary needs? |
Please contact a reservation agent in advance of your departure to advise us of your dietary needs. We will try to accommodate special dietary needs within reason at no additional cost but cannot guarantee. |

| Will I be contacted in advance to provide information ? |
Yes. Epic Summer will contact you prior to your trip to request general information to assist us in accommodating your needs and preferences. If you have specific questions about the trip please contact our reservations department. |

| How will our group travel between destinations? |
| During your vacation, your Epic Summer guide will transport you in a 15 passenger van. |
|
|
|
| What is the guest to guide ratio? |
| On average, ten guests to every one guide. |
|
|
|
| Will I be matched with other participants by ability, ages of children, etc.? |
| If you are interested in being paired with other families of similar ages and interests, please provide the reservation agent with this information. |

| What is the climate like in Colorado? |
| During the summer months of June through September, temperatures in the day average between 65 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and can dip down to 30 degrees Fahrenheit at night. In the summer, the weather is generally sunny and clear, with the occasional rain shower/thunderstorm. You should pack rain gear and warm clothing as the weather can change quickly at higher elevations. |

| How strenuous are the activities? |
| While this adventure vacation is not intended to be strenuous, you will be at altitudes of between 6,000 and 12,500 feet. Individuals adapt to higher elevations in different ways regardless of physical condition and if you feel unwell you should notify your Epic Summer Guide immediately. This adventure includes rafting, horseback riding, gondola rides and hiking that consists of a steady uphill ascent with an approximate 500' + elevation gain (and loss on the descent). Walking and hiking will sometimes be on a surface of packed dirt with occasional loose stones and exposed tree roots. Guests should feel comfortable spending time exploring the outdoors. Guests wishing to engage in all of the activities available to them can expect that a moderate amount of stamina is needed in order to get the most of your vacation. As with any physical activity we encourage you to consult with your Physician prior to participation. |

| What is Epic Summer’s deposit & cancelation policy? |
| The deposit for the seven-day/six-night itinerary will be $150 per person. The deposit for the four-day/three-night itinerary will be $100 per person. Deposit is non-refundable at time of booking. Final balance due 21 days prior to arrival and entire amount becomes non-refundable. |

| Will I be provided snacks and water on my daily excursions? |
Yes. Your group will be provided with snacks and water for activities such as hiking, rafting, etc. |

| Are non-alcoholic adult and children's beverages included with every meal? |
Yes. Non-alcoholic beverages for adults and children's beverages will be included in your daily meals.

|
| Are there any restrictions on people that wish to participate in activities? |
| For the safety of our guests and operators there may be some restrictions for certain activities depending on minimum age, weight, height, fitness level and ability to participate |

| How will the carbon offset work? |
| For each guest, Vail Resorts will offset the related greenhouse gas impacts associated with lodging and transportation for the duration of their vacation package. This contribution will go to support the expansion of renewable energy technologies such as wind and solar within the United States. |
|

|
| What is the age range for children? |
| The age range for children is 6-12. Due to some of the activities offered, we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 6. |
|
|
|
| Are tips/gratuities included? |
Yes. All meal and Guide gratuities are included in your package rate.
